The ALX100 highlights the most influential Latino voices shaping culture, business, policy, and community impact across the Commonwealth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 2025 ALX100 selection process was co-chaired by Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey and Boston Mayor Michelle Wu, underscoring the significance of this honor at the highest levels of state and city leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to We Are ALX, \u201cthe ALX100 celebrates the vision, leadership, and impact of Latinos who are shaping the future of Massachusetts across every sector.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For N\u00fa\u00f1ez, who proudly represents the Dominican diaspora in Massachusetts, this recognition is both humbling and powerful. \u201cAs a Latina, in particular as an immigrant from the Dominican Republic, I am deeply honored to receive this recognition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even in the midst of challenges, this honor is a reminder that resilience, faith, and purpose can transform adversity into strength. I am proud of my roots, proud to represent the Dominican diaspora, and committed to continuing the work that uplifts our people,\u201d said N\u00fa\u00f1ez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
N\u00fa\u00f1ez has established herself as a nationally recognized executive in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) leadership, serving in senior roles across global organizations and law firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today, she is preparing to launch her own consulting practice, Inclusion Forward Group, which will provide leadership coaching, inclusive leadership training, and DEI advisory services to organizations and executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
